Free Nonfiction eBooks: MidAmerica Books is allowing free access to all their titles as eBooks online temporarily. Secondary level grade titles.

TumbleBooks has also provided temporary free access to Nonfiction ebooks, Fiction ebooks, and National Geographic Videos

The Flume Teen Book Award for Grades 9-12, sponsored by the N.H. Center for the Book. More information can be found at the Young Adults Library Services website:

Teen readers in grades 9-12 are encouraged to nominate books for the list, then students read the books on the list and participate in voting for their favorite title by April 2021.

To read them as free downloadable eBooks and audio books, use your 14 digit library card to sign in at NH downloadable books. Or use the Libby app.

Summer Listening! Free audio books all summer for Teens available from SYNC. Two titles become available each week until early August. SYNC is a free summer audiobook program for teens 13+. SYNC uses Sora, the student reading app from OverDrive for android and iPad. Titles can be downloaded with the app, or for other devices and desktops, listened to via Sign up at .

Because of COVID 19, there may be digital copies available of suggested Kearsarge Regional High School and Middle School reading lists. Look for downloadable copies of titles at Get your book early to have the best choice!

Inter-library Loan 2020: We hope to be able to order from some other libraries by September, depending on Coronavirus status, but for now, if we do own it, you can request your copy by placing a hold using our web catalog link and we will contact you for pickup time.

Student volunteers welcomed. If you need to finish your community service hours, give us a call. You must be age 14 or older. See volunteer page DURING COVID 19, only no-contact tasks will be assigned.
