A Public hearing will be held by the Trustees of the Pillsbury Free Library at their monthly meeting on Tuesday January 18, at 7 pm, as required by NH RSA for acceptance of unanticipated funds of $5000 or greater. Masks are required in the Library Building.
A $12,598 grant has been awarded to Pillsbury Free Library through an Institute for Museum and Library Services’ (IMLS) “Grants to States” program that is part of the American Rescue Act Plan (ARPA) of 2021 and that is being facilitated by the N.H. State Library.The funds will be used for the purchase and installation of two Poppinpod Om Sit booths, for privacy while having online or phone conversations aloud in the library. This American Rescue Plan Act Grant is administered by the Institute for Museum and Library Services (IMLS).
