The Library meeting room is available to Warner groups, residents, and library card holders, for public activities. Please read the policy for details.
We do not currently require people wear a mask in the building, but recommend them in group discussion situations, and suggest limited numbers to enable adequate distancing. For a meeting with tables, 12 to maximum 15 is recommended. A meeting or program with rows of seats or a circle of seats can handle 20 ideally, 25 maximum to allow distancing.
If you wish to book the Frank Maria Meeting room, and you are a Warner resident or library card holder, please check the calendar of bookings below and read the meeting room policy, then contact us to book a time. If the start of your session is not during regular library hours, please be sure you make arrangements to be let in in time to set up. Maximum capacity: 50 people (25 suggested during COVID pandemic). No charge.
