During COVID 19 the Library meeting room is available with modified conditions:
We ask everyone to wear a mask in the building, and to not serve refreshments. To enable adequate distancing, the occupancy limit is also lower: if a meeting with tables, 12 is ideal, maximum 15. A meeting or program with rows of seats or a circle of seats can handle 20 ideally, 25 maximum.
If you wish to book the Frank Maria Meeting room, and you are a Warner resident or library card holder, please check the calendar of bookings below and read the meeting room policy, then contact us to book a time. If the start of your session is not during regular library hours, please be sure you make arrangements to be let in in time to set up. Maximum capacity:
50 (25 during COVID) people. No charge.
